This is a photo from the circle that we hold every Saturday morning at conference. It's actually kind of getting to be a circular blob as there are so many of us. We each take a moment to introduce ourselves, report on what happened to us in the last year, and share our hopes for the next year. It's a way to get to know who is at the conference so you can try to find them later. It's a way to connect and get updates from last year, especially when you haven't seen anyone in a while. We laugh and celebrate our victories, and we cry when there's sad news. While the circle takes a long time every year, it is sort of neat to see everyone in one place sharing. If we keep growing, I'm not sure how much longer that will last. So, for those who couldn't be at conference - how about posting to let us know what your last year was like, and what you're looking forward to next year?
