I clipped this recipe out of a Taste of Home magazine. I love deviled eggs, but I couldn’t imagine how these would taste. They’re actually pretty good.
Mexican Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup salsa
2 tablespoons green onions cut up small (feel free to be generous here)
1 tablespoon sour cream
Method
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Empty out the middles into a bowl. Mash the yokes with all of the above ingredients. Evenly fill the egg whites with the filling. Serve or keep cold for later.
