Hiello there, i recintly came across that i would be able to obtain a drivers license in BC with a bioptic device. However my understanding is in order to get a liense using bioptics here in BC that i would have to get special training in using the device first. The problem is that the training is very expensive and i cant afford it, so i was wondering can i train myself to use bioptics to get a license and if so how can i start the process in trying to get my learners.
Who would i contact in ICBC to get started in applyhing for a license using bioptics. Im sure if i went to the licenseig office i would have to do a vision test thers but your not aloud to test with these devices.
