    People with albinism driving cars

I'd like to first introduce myself. I'm Jose Morales. I'm 16 and live in a small little city called Tigard. I recent;y received a 1990 Honda Accord LX for no apparent reason (really strange). The car is a stick shift and I can drive stick since I've had some experience in Mexico. My question is, what do I need to do to get my license of permit. I have either 60/20 or 65/20 (don't remember on top of my head), but I was told that I can drive. Please, it would help if someone who took the test or have had experience trying to get your license.

Good luck! I hope that you are able to obtain your permit.  Many people with Albinism are albe to and many are not.  I think that every state is different on their vision requirements.

When I first got my drives permit many years ago....  I had to have a form completed by my eye doctor stating what my vision was.  I took this form, the DMV forms, and proof of ID to the DMV in order to get my permit.  Obviously you will have to find out the requirements for your area.
